Galway Medical Centre has been providing care to the local community since 1997. GMC started the practice at 58 Galway Ave, North Plympton.
Our practice moved to its current location in September 2002.

Our mission is to provide the highest standard of patient care and we are Accredited by AGPAL. We are committed to promoting health, wellbeing and disease prevention to all patients.

We aim to provide General Practice in a setting with modern facilities with extended hours, whilst also retaining the personal doctor-patient care of a traditional practice.

We offer a broad range of services. We have 2 x podiatrists available Fridays and Thursdays. There is a chemist and physio located next door. Clinpath onsite Monday-Friday 8am-1pm.

There is free parking with wheel chair access to the whole clinic.

We provide a wide range of nursing services at our practice, including ECG’s, vaccinations, childhood immunisations, wound dressings and health assessments. We also provide comprehensive programmes and plans for chronic diseases such as diabetes, asthma and heart disease.

All of our staff regularly attend training sessions to keep up to date with the latest health care information and standards.

For your convenience, we provide an online booking system. For standard appointments, you can book online via an app 24/7 through Health Engine. For any other appointments, e.g. vaccinations or pap smears, please call us on 8351 2211 to book.
